i went to the temple for the third time

I went to the temple for my third time and it was the best out of the three times I have gone because of the devotional. The devotional was told by a member part of the temple presidency, I can't remember his name, but holy moley did what he said hit me right in the heart. He talked about some guy having an open vision about baptisms while performing them. It's part of church history, I just can't remember the guy who has the vision though... Whoops. Anyways, he talked about how this man got to see one by one each person get called by Jesus and Heavenly Father to watch their baptism be done by a proxy and move on in the spirit world. It made it so clear and evident to me on why I was there and how meaningful everything I did was. I was so humbled to be there and be a proxy for these people I didn't even know! The names will forever be in my heart and I'm so glad I was able to do their baptisms for them! It was honestly one of the best devotionals I've had. I wish you had heard it! I am just so thrilled to experience these ordinances for myself, but also to someday experience it with my children and husband. #lifegoals
